As per the experts, Motorola is talking about old Xoom here because new Xoom 2 is already running on Honeycomb.

However, company has promised that they will be launching Android Ice Cream Sandwich update for maximum handsets. So, keeps your fingers crossed, if you are not using Motorola Xoom or Motorola RAZR.
